1. Personal Financial Statement for each borrower
2. 3  Years Personal & Business Taxes
3. 3  Years Operating Statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
4. Interim Operating Statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
5. Resume(s)      
6. Credit Report(s)
7. If Purchase – Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA)
8. If Multi-Family/ Tenants – Rent Roll
9. Debt Schedule – Personal & Business
